Dr. Carol-Anne Faint currently teaches MBA students at University Canada West and the University of Fredericton. In addition, she teaches doctoral students in the DBA program at Walden University and sits as URR (University Research Reviewer). She is passionate about student success and works rigorously to support students in their pursuit of excellence.
As well as her academic achievements, Dr Faint has nearly 30 years of experience in management and leadership, program development, and orientation within the non-profit sector. She also has a strong interest in law enforcement, having worked with at risk populations for decades.
Dr. Faint has received a PhD in business administration specializing in criminal justice at NCU, an MSc in the administration of justice and security at UOPx, and a BA majoring in criminology and sociology at SFU. In addition, she is a certified mediator in organizational conflict and communication.
