Dr. Miguel Nonaka teaches Management and Marketing at University Canada West and Algoma University. He has more than 15 years of experience on various senior technical, marketing, and management positions in multinational firms in the Chemical and Commercial sector.
His main research interests includes the relationships between headquarters-subsidiary firms, strategy formation, cross-cultural management, change management and comparative management.
Dr. Nonaka earned his BSc in Chemical Engineering from the National Engineering University in Peru. He gained his MBA in International Marketing and his PhD in Management from the Université du Quèbec à Montréal.
