Dr. Penny Farley has a research-based PhD from the University of Exeter (UK) in Leadership. She has more than 25 years of experience as a teacher, administrator, curriculum designer, teacher trainer, life coach and mentor. She completed her Master’s Degree at the University of Hong Kong, focusing on improving second language learner’s composition skills, and completed both of her Bachelor’s Degrees at the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Farley has taught at Sauder Business School, BCIT, The National Women’s University in Dubai, and was the Associate Director of English Language Studies at the University of Manitoba, in addition to working at other places. Living and working overseas in Japan, China, and Dubai before returning to her hometown of Vancouver, has given Penny a unique global perspective on leadership and how to best develop Canadian leaders with a global perspective.
