Quality of Services

University Canada West is constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of the services delivered to students. A bi-annual satisfaction survey is one of the main ways of gathering feedback from students and looking for ways to correct deficiencies and add new services.

Note on methodology change: please note that in the Spring of 2018 we have undertaken a significant overhaul of the survey instrument, which limits the comparability with the results in 2017 and earlier.

The table below shows the average student satisfaction scores (on a scale of 1 – “very dissatisfied” to 5 – “very satisfied”) for the student-facing departments. Additional free-form questions encourage the students to provide more detailed feedback which is later analyzed and actioned on by the appropriate department heads.
