UCW Library adds Harvard Business resources to its collection

University Canada West’s library has added the Harvard Business Publishing Student Success Package to its collection, giving students and faculty access to even more resources to enhance their academic pursuits.

The package contains two parts, the Harvard Select Case Study Collection and the Harvard Business Core Curriculum.

The Harvard Select Case Study Collection contains 2,200 business case studies, selected from their extensive collection. These case studies are now available to all UCW faculty and students free of charge, unlike other case studies from Harvard Business Publishing.

The Harvard Business Core Curriculum includes 76 readings covering a wide range of essential business topics, including entrepreneurship, finance, accounting, marketing, operations management, organizational behaviour and strategy.

“We are pleased to add these valuable resources to our collection,” said Chris Reimer, Graduate Liaison Librarian at UCW. “Having the Harvard Select Case Study Collection enables UCW instructors to assign case studies to students that can be accessed, without costs, via our library.”

Instructors can include a permalink to any of the available Harvard case studies within the course space or syllabi in the MyUCW Student Portal to allow easy access for students.
