The study results have been shared widely with the relevant faculty and program administration (in the Arts, Communication and Social Science department) and relevant staff members (e.g. Academic Advising). The results have been further analyzed and validated against internal measures for student experience. The Office of the Vice President Academic has requested the implementation of action plans that will improve these indicators.
